Change Truth Social Password on the Truth Social Website

If you're already signed in to your Truth Social account or can sign in and just want to change your password, these steps change your Truth Social password.

1. Open truthsocial.com on your web browser and sign in with your account.

2. In the left menu panel, click on the Security & Preferences option.

3. Click “change your password” on the left side of the settings page.

Change your Truth Social Password on the Mobile App for iPhone

The Truth Social app on your iPhone does not allow you to update your password.

Instead, you'll have to visit the Truth Social mobile website.

1. Go to the Truth Social website using your iPhone's web browser.

2. Log in to your Truth Social account.

3. At the top of the page, tap the "Me" tab to open your Truth Social profile page.

4. To launch a new menu, tap the Gear button underneath your profile image.

5. To access your Account Settings page, tap the "Security & preferences" button.

6. To access the password reset screen, scroll down and tap the "Change password" option.

7. Enter your existing Truth Social password to change your password. Before you can update your password, you must first enter your current password. If you forgot your current password, follow the instructions below to reset your Truth Social Password.

8. Enter the new password for your Truth Social account to something a little more secure. For confirmation, you'll be required to type twice.

9. Finally, to confirm your new Truth Social password, tap the Save button.

Truth Social has two options for resetting your password, one of which is only available if your account is linked to a mobile phone number.

· You can have Truth Social send a code to the mobile number associated with your account, or

· Truth Social can email you with a link to reset your password to the email address linked to your account.

Note: You will not be able to reset your Truth Social password if you no longer have access to your email account and do not have a mobile phone number associated with your account.

To reset your password, you'll need to restore access to your email account.

4. To get to the Reset Password screen, enter the code or click the email link.

· If you chose to have Truth Social message you a code, enter it to get to the Reset Password screen.

· If you opted to have Truth Social email you a resetting link, access the Reset Password screen by clicking the resetting link in the email you received.
